Returns & Exchanges

At The Crown, we want your home to be your sanctuary; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned merchandise must be in original, unassembled condition and include the original packaging to be eligible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage the home goods in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item for quality, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
